There are several ways to open an account with United Recycling.

Fill out forms online

You have the option to fill out the necessary forms using this website. You will be required to acknowledge and digitally sign a Guaranty form, and fill out credit and billing information. This information is sent to us via a secure connection.

Fill out forms and fax

Another option is to download the forms listed below, print and complete each form, and fax them to 360-668-9252. You will find a Personal Guarantee, Credit Application, and Resale Certificate.

Downloadable Forms

	Credit Application This Credit Application describes the monthly charge account terms and credit policy, and should answer all of your questions about payments.
	Transport Agreement This is an agreement to transport recyclable materials from your site to our recycling facility. This document also includes payment and job information to help us expedite your order.
